Healthy for the whole year, not just New Year’s!

Imagine kickstarting the New Year without the pressure of adopting a new diet. Guess what? You absolutely can!

For as long as I can remember, dieting has been the top 5 goals of the New Year. Low carb, no carbs, no sugar, whatever you can imagine, it’s the thing. I personally want all the goods and I have learned how to have it all.

It’s not a big secret at all. http://www.weightwatchers.com teaches all about eating all the foods you love, but in portion control. That is the secret, who would have thought! Download the WW mobile app, take the small assessment quiz and it will put you on the correct program that fits YOUR lifestyle.

Connect

Also, it’s got you covered with the connect feature in the mobile app. Jump into groups and chat it up with others to celebrate your wins – trust me, you’re going to have tons of them to brag about.

Activity

Simply connect your phone or whatever device you already use to track activity and you get MORE points added to your day, and if you don’t need them for a specific day, do what I do and save them for the weekend. That on its own is a superb encourager to get those steps in for the day.

Tools

On WW you will learn to implement all the tools for eating out as well. Oh yeah, that is correct, Outback Steakhouse is still an option. No worries about having to miss out on any events you have coming up, even birthday parties. That is the greatest part of all you live a normal life all while staying on track and meeting those goals. It offers daily progress reports to show how great you did for the day.

Weight

In the start you will do a weigh in, that is part of the getting started. Now for me personally, in the beginning, I weighed the initial time and hit the program running and did not step back on the scale for a month. I feel like weighing is a personal option on how much you weigh. You have to keep in mind the body fluctuates from day to day and for some that can cause disappointment. I do suggest in the beginning at least twice a month to keep up with progress.

Testimonial

I would like to share my testimonial with my journey on http://www.weightwatchers.com.

I originally joined the program in late 2003 after I had twins. I was having success on my own just being super busy, but I had around 25 pounds that needed to go. I learned about WW, and we actually had meetings in person at the time. I fell in love immediately and lost the last 25 plus more.

WW has been a tool I have kept in my back pocket for years but in December 2022 I wanted to get more serious with it again. I have since lost 42 pounds and have maintained that loss. Losing weight doesn’t have to be hard at all. We make it hard on ourselves by taking away from ourselves and in return after a bad moment we fall off track and never get back on.

WW puts an end to that. Learn how to love food again. Don’t be scared of starting a program especially one as great as this. Give it a try and you can thank me later.
